For 6 months now I have been paying for a service I have not been recieving.
6 months of being told it's being resolved and even promised to be compensated then being told that was never said.
After my phonecall with customer service today where i was laughed at as the advisor was pretending she couldn't hear my phone number and mocking me, I thought it was enough.
The way you treat your customers is disgusting, especially the ones who are patient and wait months at a time for services to be fixed.
Your service is terrible and you do not listen to your customers, you insist you are right about everything.
( I could set my hub on fire in the garden then tell customer service i did so, they would most likely reply with "please switch your router off and on sir".
Trying to make me pay 350 pound to end my services when i've already paid 200+ for no services is enough to make anyone throw up.
Sort out your services.
Sort out your staff.
START PROVIDING BROADBAND TO PAYING CUSTOMERS OR STEP DOWN AND ACCEPT DEFEAT.
