Can you check my line to see what the fastest speed I can achieve.
I just spoke to one of the loyalty team via chat to see what the additional charge would be to upgrade to Large Fibre from my current fibre package, but was instead told that my line can only get 27Mb because I have a 'bad connection' - the agents words not mine - I think my connection is fine.
I advised that SamKnows reporting is showing my line averaging 37Mb right now, and when I had large earlier in the year i was often between 50 and 60Mb - so not sure why the advisor is telling me that I can't get above 27Mb.
It threw me so much I didn't get the price of the upgrade or if there where any offers.
