Hi there. Had fibre for a few months now, was very happy with the service and for the past two weeks. The internet has disconnected every 20-30 mins all day long. Can't stream anything, can't play anything online. Tried every kind of reset possible. Including factory resets of the router. Check downdetector.co.uk everyday and the amount of people having the exact same issue is a complete joke. What are TalkTalk doing? Are they so blind they can't see how much they are failing the majority of their customers. I refuse to phone their customer support ever again as it's an even bigger joke. But i see there are many threads regarding this issue. I also see barely anything has been done for them either so I don't know what to expect here either.
