Please help! My Cisco VPN does not work through WIFI. It works through LAN cabl. Since I rang TalkTalk technical support, they told me they cannot do anything and they pointed me to my VPN provider. I have been chasing my IT help desk and they have done everything they can. The problem seems to come from the Internet provider (talktalk).
I have seen in some posts an upgraded firmware solves this issue. I have been trying to contact by phone with talktalk but customer service is useless.
I have been trying to contact by chat with somebody in talktalk community and no response.
I don't know whatelse to do. Could somebody help me?
