For the last week I've been experiencing long bouts of complete unreliability from my broadband service. I can't connect to websites, get lots of ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED & ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors from Chrome, Netflix streams stop and buffer seemingly forever. I've tried everything - rebooting the router either through the dashboard or manually doesn't help. Flushing my DNS or even changing the DNS server settings to OpenDNS, Google or back again doesn't resolve the issue either. Windows Network Diagnostics show no errors.
I'm getting really sick of TalkTalk's offering, especially as we've been informed the prices are now going up.
After the great help in resolving my previous speed issues I've seen speeds drop once more to nowhere near the advertised capacity of 39Mbps - according to SamKnows my average last month was 28.8Mbps.
It's even taken me several attempts and a router reboot to post this! Please help.
