Boosted Fibre still slow

After adding boost to my fibre it still seems to be capped to 37-ish Mb downstream. I've done many speedtests wired (Gigabit) and wireless (600Mbit). While upstream went up to nearly maximum that the cabinet can offer, downstream rate haven't changet at all. Below you can see that quality of the connection isn't that bad and technically I should be able get 60 Mb or thereabout. Can someone look at it for me?

Upstream line rate (kbit/s): 13182
Downstream line rate (kbit/s): 56161
Maximum upstream rate (kbit/s): 13181
Maximum downstream rate (kbit/s): 62492
Upstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 6.2
Downstream noise safety coefficient (dB): 8.7
Upstream interleave depth: 1
Downstream interleave depth: 1
Line standard: VDSL2
Upstream line attenuation (dB): 4.9
Downstream line attenuation (dB): 15
Upstream output power (dBm): 7.4
Downstream output power (dBm): 10.9
