I'm just off the phone to the technical help desk and I'm not exactly happy with the experience. My query was with the HG533 router continuously dropping wireless connections. The problem is intermittent, which I explained to the operator. He then went on to carry out the usual line tests etc and unsurprisingly couldn't find a fault. I have 2 wired connections and they remain stable. He wants to book an engineer, which could potentially cost me a call out charge as the drops are intermittent.
Basically I'm interested in a dual band wireless router, which I believe Talk Talk now provide. I did explain this to the operator but he asn't interested and sad he couldn't help
