I have just about had enough of TalkTalks lies.
I moved to talk talk broadband after having a poor experiance with EE and well that was a mistake
Ultra fast broadband 76mb/s YES PLEASE well now 2 months in and im only getting 15mb/s and 5mb/s upload this is a joke.
i complained exactly 1 month ago. i recieved a call while i was on holiday (which i didnt answer due to cost) on my return i listened to the voice mail. is stated "if you do not contact us with 24 hours the case will be closed" WELL THANK YOU FOR THAT. Since when was a problem with a service there providing down to me to solve.
Now tonight i call again, go through all the same scripted B*****x and a manager will call you in 2 days (it took the operater 5 miniutes till he had the script to read from!!!)
IF YOU CAN NOT GIVE WHAT YOU OFFER DONT OFFER A THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 DAYS OR BT IT IS BREACH OF CONTRACT ON YOUR BEHALF!!!!!!!!!!!
