Connection drops every 15 minutes

I've finally summoned up the energy to raise this fault again with TT, hoping they would just send me a new router, but instead I have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer appointment.

My connection drops literally every 15 minutes for a few seconds, then re-establishes itself. This causes TV Boosts, Netflix etc. to drop out and restart which ius extremely frustrating.

Router plugged into master socket (has been for months now), new fliter, cable etc. For a while power cycling the router made the fault go away for a few days, but now it seems to be a permanent "feature".

Does anyone have any suggestions other than waiting for an engineer to arrive? It's an HG633 router, and says it's running v1.20t firmware, although the TT web site says 1.15t is the latest. IS it worth downgrading?
