Good morning, I have just switched from regular Talk Talk broadband to Fibre with my activation date being 24/10/2016. When returning home from work yesterday the connection status to my old router was not visible, this was to be expected. However upon connection of the HG633 router and all required cables all lights go green with the exception of the Internet light which has not changed from Red.
I have tried all the suggested remedies, unplug, leave for 30 seconds, disconnect all cables, disconnect all devices. I have tried both new filters and "grey" cables along with my old filter and "grey" cable. Reset the router via the button on the device and via logging in via the admin page using ethernet cable. Unfortunately my old router does not appear to compatible with the new service as I dont even get a red internet light when trying the old router.
Please can you raise a ticket and suggest further options for me and carry out an investigation at your end.
