Hi ... as an existing customer I was about to move onto fibre broadband recently, but the sticking point was that they couldn't tell me what my guaranteed speeds would be. My concern is obviously that I'll pay more but actually won't get a better service.
I was told by the operator that someone in customer loyalty would get back to me to confirm. No call back and when I contacted customer loyalty on livechat they told me they couldn't tell me and that I'd have to try again at another point. Tried again and still they said the same.
Any thoughts?
