Intermittent Connection Loss

Hi, thought i'd posted previously but now unable to find my post...We have recently upgraded our package and received a new router. It appears we lose the connection about every twenty minutes and although the connection comes back it is quite annoying when streaming as we have to reload things. Tried turning the router on and off but not solved it. Please help.

 

Also, why when we have only just bought a new package do we receive an email a few weeks later saying the price is going up, seems a bit unfair?
