I've had a problem with incoming telephone calls. The phone would ring only once then stop. After some online chat with support, and tests with taking off the faceplate to use the test socket etc the conclusion was that the master socket faceplate was faulty. I was told I could either pay £65 for OR Eng to visit and replace or buy one myself to do it. I was surprised that I had to pay for equipment fitted on behalf of TT to provice the service I'm paying for but this appears to be what happens.
I have a VDSL2 broadband service which appears to be fine.
So, I could buy one - it appears they are available. I also note the MK3 has been superceeded by the MK4 so wondered if I should get one of those instead. Any thoughts?
