Hello I have went fibre over a week ago speed is not very good, been in touch with technical services done all the tests reboot router try test socket etc everything ok, engineer came today says nothing wrong with the line no faults it can take 40 mbs, the speed I am getting is not much more than my ordinary broadband, at the moment I am ping 19 and downloads of around 22 mbs is there anything you can do your end to try and improve this please Thank you
