I started a thread on the 1st of november and so far Ive had no help 
Im trying to boost my fiber downlaod and upload speed.
I know my line is capable as I was on BT before with much better download and upload speeds on my fiber connection.
could I possibly have my speed boosted? Ive tried upgrading online but it asks me to call the customer service center but id rather getthe help here on the forums if possible.
