New customer woes and issues...

I was with sky fibre for 2 years and always had a constant 40meg connection.

 

I live just a few feet from the cabinet.

 

With talktalk I am experiencing consistant drop outs and speeds far below what I had with sky even though I am payng for double the speed than what I had with sky.
