Hi I have noticed over the last few days my ping rates whilst online gaming have increased to levels which were above those when i was on your regular broadband and not the fibre connection I have now. I noted you made changes on my old connecttion which resolved this is there any way this can be done with your fibre connections and if so can you test and do this to my line please. Thanks
