Hi ... I have been going round in circles. I tried to set up a new fibre connection three weeks ago but there were some issues and I was told by customer service to cancel and try again in a week or so. So, I tried a couple of weeks later by live chat ... I agreed to the service price and regulations and was told fibre would be connected. One day later and no email and when I contacted TalkTalk I was told there was a problem placing the order and someone would get back to me between 1 and 2 today. No call. I tried again on live chat and was told a call was scheduled for between 3 and 4 today. No call. I called and was told that they had put in a request and someone will call me tonight or tomorrow morning. I am obviously not holding my breath.
Any thoughts on how I can escalate this as I am losing the will to live? I have been with TalkTalk for about 8 years and not feeling much like a valued customer!
