Hi  please can you help?  I have exactly the same issue on super fast broadband.

4 months ago my HG633 was updated over the air to v1.20t and it disconnected every 15 minutes.  I received a new on on v1.19t and all was great.

today my hg633 is on v1.20t and again it disconnects every 15 minutes.  I noticed from your posts you can update to v1.21t, but when I rang talktalk technical they could not.  can you help?  i get disconnects now every 15 minutes.
