Hello i need some help please, i have a hg633 router and ive tried everything possible to get into the admin login page, even reset the router and still no joy.... it doesnt matter what password i put in i get told ive got 'timeout' i even contacted talktalk and tried doing it manually, which has worked but ive still got piggybackers and its annoying me, as i sit right next to my router & i'm still getting booted out, the only things that are conected in my home are my mobile phone, laptop and my son's xbox (wirelessly) and im wondering if i can get a replacement router box & get new setting's and an easier way of making it so no one can hack into my wifi.
Hope you can help as this has been going on for many months now and im paying for this that some1 else is using.
also i never turn my router off..... should i be and would it disrupt my wifi.
