I have experienced this for some time on my previous package "TV Plus", and thought I'd left it behind when I moved up to "Faster Fibre", but no, it's still happening.
I sometimes use my phone or iPad to catch up on the day, when I get to bed late and this dropped connection happens leaving me without any connection at all.
Both phone and iPad proclaim a strong connection to my Router, so the problem is beyond my walls!
This usually happens as last night, about 01:00 am and by morning, it has re-established contact and all is back to normal.
Today checking the router pages, the "Home" page, first button "Check My Internet Connection Status" currently says :- "0 Days 9 Hrs 29 Mins", indicating that connection was re-established around 02:30, really irritating.
When clicked, the stats reveal an"Up Time" of 49 days 17 hours 2 minutes 47 seconds!
Why do these drop outs happen?
