Openreach database number/address missmatch

I have tried to change my ISP 4 times recently with two different providers.

 

I keep getting told that the installation address is incorrect, and the migration is cancelled.

 

TalkTalk have the correct postal  address for me and my landline in their system, so I believe that the error is in the Openreach database. I live in a flat and the numbering can be confusing.

 

My landline was installed by Openreach for TalkTalk in April 2015.

 

As the mere consumer, I cannot access the details which Openreach hold for my landline. As my telephone and broadband provider, it is TalkTalk's responsibility to check the details and correct any errors.

 

Please treat this as a Formal Complaint and escalate this problem to one of your complaint managers to check the details on the Openreach Database, correct any errors, and report back to me.
