Downstream Line rate vs Maximum downstream rate.

Hi, I have recently upgraded to Fibre Large and am seeing much better upload speeds yet and my max upstream vs actual upstream is the same. The maximum download i am seeing is around 43 Mbit/s yet my settings suggest it should be much more. I have read other threads to suggest the line is locked at this speed, however I have spoken to talktalk who have said there is no restriction on the link.

Anybody any ideas how i can get the higher speeds i have paid for ?

Thanks in advance.
