I've just joined TH, tried to conect my new router without success. Rang, was told you would check my phoneline and to ring back after 15 mins. I did .... no one seemed to know about the check and I was told that because the INTERNET light was RED, the router was defective and a new top of the range router wuold be sent to me to be definitely arrive TODAY ( Tuesday ).It's now 3 pm and nothing has arrived.We have now been without broadband since 11th November and I am now starting to worry about my decision to join TH. HELP!
