The Situation:
I play a game called Overwatch and I play it professionally, I also stream my gameplay for my job. Recently I've been receiving CONSTANT server disconnects from the games official servers and the game companies game launcher/service called Battle.net. The disconnects happen almost perfectly EVERY hour on the dot and EVERY half an hour, on the dot. The disconnects last around 2 minutes and then it's back to normal, it might not sound bad but these constant disconnects have caused my 2nd account to now receive a temporary ban due to the large amount of disconnects this is causing, not to mention how annoying it is to be happening during professional play and tournament practice.
Additional Info:
This has now been happening since Friday (11th), yesterday I decided to investigate what could be causing these disconnects, then I discovered that my Router had recently downloaded some new Firmware on Friday, Software Version "v1.21t". I was on "v15" or "v.15" I believe and everything was working perfectly! I have no idea on what the specifics are with this Firmware Update and why it's causing these constant disconnects.
Conclusion:
I would love some help with the situation and just wondering if you're aware of this issue, it's extremely annoying and has caused me a lot of stress over this weekend. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and please get back to me, ASAP!
