Breach of contract

As TalkTalk have been unable to provide me with a constant internet connection which keeps dropping and can be out for hours on end I have been informed you are in breach of contract and I can cancel my broadband service without penalty.

 

Can you please let me know how I go about this as the service we are getting lately is beyond a joke.
