No internet on Fibre since yesterday

Going crazy, because it's impossible to speak to anyone now. Being fobbed off with voice prompts and promised an answer in 72 hours.

My fibre internet had gone down twice just after midnight for over an hour (I went to bed after 2 long calls with tech). That was Nov 30 & Dec 1.

Yesterday 2 Dec, the Internet died mid afternoon and it's still off. Red light on FibreBox. 

Going crazy. Last SMS message was that an engineer was going to investigate, but I didn't need to be at home. No update! Deadlines (I work from home). And no way to contact and speak to a real person.

I cannot access chat from my IPhone.

I have a case number: 14428347!

Can anyone help! PLEASE!
