When we try to connect our new Samsung smart tv via our Huawai HG633 router over a wired connection the tv says it is connected to the internet but can't find any apps. We've tried resetting the Ip settings using various settings found on other help threads but haven't yet hit on something that works. Any suggestions please to keep my husband's blood pressure down....
