I have recently upgraded to Fibre Medium after being told by the salesman that it will not drop speed during peak times so it was onviousy a good competitor in the market. First few weeks this was fine it did exactly what the man told me it would do.
but now it is the worst connectionI have ever had during peak times to point I can't even play my PS4 online on such a connection. It drops from 36mb to 0-2mb between 6pm and 12 am. Obviously I have a day job and need a good connection in these times. Is it something to do with me connection profile? Can u look into it please otherwise I will leave talk talk and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
