I had an Openreach engineer visit last Friday to install Fibre. Nice chap tested line and said it was dead. Off he trotted to find the problem. He came back in the house and decided it was up a pole which was condemned and needed replacing as the line wasnt weather proof. ... or something like that. It needed a hoist and traffic lights. I have heard nothing since, i cant check the order tracker as it fails.
Any one have anyone have any idea whats going on with Openreach....
