Hmm.... Coincidence?
I've had five outages (red light on router) in the past six weeks, late at night; all occurring at a similar time. Odd, I would say. I'd previously never had a problem with the service before I renewed my contract.
Is this the level of service customers can expect to receive once they opt in to a cheaper price plan? Because that's what it feels like....
This is not a coincidence!
