Hi all,
I recently plugged my HG633 back in after having some issues with my line, so as a route of testing, I tried this router/modem again, which turns out it's a line issue & an Openreach engineer has been booked.
The issue I have is that since plugging the router in, I've noticed that the FW is way behind. I'm currently on 1.15t and the most current version is 1.21t.
After speaking to the helpful lady about my line issue, I mentioned this, but I don't think she understood what I meant.
Is there anyway someone from the TalkTalk team could potentially push this update to me? I'm also on an interleaved profile, but I don't know if that due to my line issue?
Any info would be appreciated
