Problems with Fibre connection

Recently, I reset both the HG533 router and the openreach modem and since then,   I've not been able to access the internet. On trying to diagnose the fault on the PC, I I get the error "complete the logon process". All the lights on the router have lit up correctly (power, broadband, fibre, WLAN). A line test has also been completed but no faults were found. Anyone got any ideas?
