Corrupt practice from customer sales team

HI 

my upload speed has dropped to pratically zero, in fact i am signed in through my phone now spoke to customer serveces, who were helpfull, threatened with if its not our fault you will paty the £50, however the line went off? but as there is no fault i must have been hung up on, but as they had both my contact numbers i could have been called back so the apoitment could be raised, note i had already spent 1.5 hours on the phone 

all parts that can be have been turned off and on etc etc etc 

i have tried a speed test via wi fi from my androaid phone its the same (as near as matters)

20-25 down and 0.1 or lower up sometimes the speed teat just fails 

i also tried a couple of times over the weekend but over an hor wait is too much to bare 

am i just unlucky or is this the TALKTALK way ?
