my upload speed has dropped to practically zero, in fact i am signed in through my phone now spoke to customer services, who were helpful, threatened with if it’s not our fault you will pay the £50, however the line went off? but as there is no fault i must have been hung up on, but as they had both my contact numbers i could have been called back so the appointment could be raised, note i had already spent 1.5 hours on the phone
All parts that can be have been turned off and on etc etc etc
i have tried a speed test via wi fi from my android phone it’s the same (as near as matters)
20-25 down and 0.1 or lower up sometimes the speed test just fails
i also tried a couple of times over the weekend but over an hour wait is too much to bare
Am i just unlucky or is this the TALKTALK way?
