Hi , I would like to know why we get an email saying that our fibre is live when its not.
I've seen so many people complain about this , so why is this?
Even on my account it shows:
Your fibre service as part of your Faster Fibre package is Active
Your order is complete and your service is active.
Go live due date:
By midnight on: 12 December 2016
But its not live I am still on my basic talktalk ADSL connection.
