I recently signed up with you guys, my go live date was the 12/12/2016, I have the superfast fibre package.
I got an text from BT saying a technician would not need to attend to make the connection go live, the 12th which was yesterday rolls round and no connection when connecting the router, absolutly nothing the router states that a cable is unplugged if trying to surf the internet, and on the routers status page it says no signal.
A Bt technician was now meant to come out today and apparantly he did (what I managed to get from your support team, which was a struggle in itself) and he fiddled with the box but its done jack all!!
No signal for fibre, no connection, no internet and one very unhappy customer thinking he may move onto another service.
Please can you help rectify this and give me actual details of what is happening as your tech support reps were no help whatsover.
Rebuild my fibre line or get a tech out again please.
