OK so I ordered Faster Fibre on the 8th December, got a confirmation email that says
| You'll soon be set up with our Unlimited Faster Fibre. |
| We'll confirm your go live dates as soon as your order is processed, this is usually within 24hrs. |
I know its only been a few days, but my order is not showing account and tried web chat and telephoned but they were no help! They just say wait another 3-5 days, they couldn't even check the order!
Can someone confirm my order is still in progress and how long it will take?
