After my fibre upgrade go live on 16th December I now have no broadband at all. Neither broadband or Internet lights are lit on router.
After 5 calls to TT I am told that the earliest an engineer can fix it is 6th January. This is totally unacceptable. It was working fine before the upgrade, now I am expected to just sit and wait for three weeks, while paying for a service I'm not getting!
I want it sorting out now! Not in 3 weeks.
