I upgraded to 38MB Fibre broadband with the changeover happeing on 3rd Novemer 2015. The broadbannd is working as it should but since the upgrade our phone line is completely dead. When you call my land line number it rings and is answred in another household (ie a cross line)
Whilst your website was down I have reported the fault on the phone and I have to say that I have found that your staff and your procedures make the simplest process very hard. Anyway as part of that process I have been given 3 different reference numbers as follws:

We are now waiting for an open reach engineer - appointment made for 17th.
Now 'My Account' is available again I have checked up and notice that on the section 'usage sice last bill' there are a number of phone calls charged to my bill that I did not make - the line has been completly dead since 3rd November.
Can you please please please help sort out te problem.
