Hi,
I am a new customer with TalkTalk, around one month and a half. I had some problems in connection with my last internet provider company and it was line rental so I have decided to upgrade with fiber with Talktalk. Unfortunately, till now I did not even reach the minimum and I called them and they have replaced that faulty router, but still not good enough for the service I am paying for. Honestly, I could reach a better speed with the last provider. I do not know what should I do?
I am trying to call the customer service or chatting with them, I have waited for more that 90 minutes and after that a technical problem with the conversation?
I just need a help or an advice for what should I do?
