Pretty much what it says in the title, received a Huawei HG633 from TT and within 12 hours my internet had cut out. Upon investigation the power light was solid red and no amount of turning off and on, holding in the power button, or switching it to different sockets around the house would fix it. From similar posts on here I can only assume I've been sent a duff router, does anyone have any idea how to get a new router from TT?
