I went through a period of quite a lot of noise interference in my line earlier in the year and DLM has capped my speed to 35 meg. Whatever caused the issue has ceased and my line has seen very low errors ever since. I have waited patiently for month for DLM to lift the cap but there has been no change. My line doesnt need this cap and its frustrating to have a needless speed cap and I should be getting around 40. Is there no way this can be fixed without an engineer visit? I dont want to pay because BT's DLM is too sticky in responding to improved line conditions.
