At the minute i am very dissapointed in talktalk for the lack of information regarding the new HG633 router Problems.
Ever since i got the HG633 router, my "38mbps" has gone down to 19mbps, my router is under constant IP Spoofing attacks and intrusions, no matter how many times i get a new IP address, the intrusions and IP spoofing attacks are still happening and the internet is slow and everything takes forever to load.
I have already had 2 HG633 routers and an engineer out and the problem is still there, SORT YOURSELFS OUT TALKTALK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
If something is not done about this I WILL be reporting this problem to ofcom and switching to a new provider in the new year.
At the end of the Day i pay £32 a month for TV and broadband and the service i am recieving is shocking, forums take forever to get a reply, customer service is appalling because they cannot understand CLEAR ENGLISH and i feel like i want to throw the phone out of the window
I have already had a quote from another provider for £25.39 a month for 38mb fibre broadband and i will be switching to them if nothing is done about these problems.
