If you check out my contact with TalkTalk over the last few years you will know I have had nothing but trouble with the BT Openreach infrastructure - 20 pair aluminium cable feeding a domestic premises - Anyway after much complaining to BT they have today replaced it with a brand new copper cable. I think in the past you may have profiled the line for the aluminium, hence the poor stats you see above. Can you reset the profile and see if there is any improvement. The downstream speed is roughly identical to my non fibre speed, and the upstream speed is less than half what it used to be.
