My download speed has gone from around 36 MBS to 15 MBS. After an engineer reset the line a few months ago my speed went up from about 6 to 38. It then maintained a regular 32 -36 but now it's down to 12 -15. Why? I always leave my router switched on. Can the line be reset again?
