My Fibre broadband dropping connection since Xmas Eve

Hi.

 

Since Christmas Eve my once totally robust and reliable Fibre broadband service has been dropping connection 2 or 3 times a day and I have to reboot my BT Fibre Modem to restore a connection. This is now becoming a real bore to have to reset every time it happens. Can someone advise if it's a general issue at the moment or unique to me?
