I signed up for a cloudbased storage system and when uploading my data files the download function is very slow (both via a wired network) or doesn't work, also when trying to access my Sonos system via wifi I got a message that the wifi quality was not sufficient for the system to work. When I stop the upload operation the download and wifi work as normal, I have tried restarting the router.
Fault logged with Talktalk who are sending a level 3 engineer next week.
