Getting ignored on twitter, while trying to be as nice as possible, while other people get replies, what the hell is this? Anyway, trying to get some help here.
Got talktalk fibre in June, and everything was fine until like a few weeks back, when download speeds went down from normal 28-30, to around 10-15-20, usually at 20.
Ping - Which is my main concern, went up to 46-47, even though it used to be around 15 constantly...
In video-games, which I do often, I constantly get 70-80 ping, which is not normal and something is wrong here...
This is not normal and I'm really hoping to get some help from talktalk's community here.
Already factory reset router / restarted it for 20+ minutes.
Not sure about the router model, but it was sent as a new one (Black model), back in June.
