Router connection - slow internet

Hi,

I'm only getting 11mbps on my super fast fibre :-(

It means at busy times - we can't even watch Netflix or sky on demand. It just won't work fast enough.

My other problem is with my router - it's still on version 1.2 - and I have the following problem...

I set up my cctv to work on my external IP - it works greatfor so long. But then after maybe 3+ days, the router seems to block the incoming connection. The IP hasn't changed, or the router doesn't stop working. It just seems to stop allowing access to the cctv after so long.

The only way to allow the access to the cctv again is by rebooting the router.
